Order Processing

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days, excluding weekends and holidays.

As a small-batch business, we appreciate your patience during periods of high order volume. If an unexpected delay occurs, we will do our best to keep you informed.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

We currently ship within the United States.

Standard shipping typically takes approximately 3–7 business days after your order has been dispatched, depending on your location and the shipping carrier.

Shipping costs are calculated and displayed at checkout.

Orders of $75 or more qualify for complimentary standard shipping within the contiguous United States.

Please note that shipping estimates are not guaranteed delivery dates. Carrier delays, severe weather, holidays, and other circumstances beyond our control may affect delivery times.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information, when available.

Please allow up to 24–48 hours for tracking updates to appear.

Incorrect Shipping Addresses

Please review your shipping information carefully before completing your purchase.

If you notice an error, contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to update the address before your order ships.

If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided at checkout, additional shipping charges may apply for reshipment.

Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Packages

We take great care in packaging every order.

If your package arrives damaged, is missing items, or appears to have been lost in transit, please contact us with your order number so we can investigate and help resolve the issue.

If your package arrives visibly damaged, we recommend taking photographs of the packaging and product before discarding anything.
