Refund policy

At Root Renova Botanica, every product is thoughtfully formulated and crafted with care. We want you to feel confident in your purchase and are committed to providing a positive shopping experience.

Returns

We accept returns of unopened, unused products within 30 days of delivery.

To qualify for a return, products must be in their original condition, with packaging and any protective seals intact.

For hygiene and product safety reasons, we cannot accept returns of opened or used cosmetic and personal-care products due to a change of mind.

To request a return, please contact us through our website with your order number and reason for the return. Returns must be authorized before being shipped back.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Original shipping charges are nonrefundable for standard returns.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders

We carefully package every order, but occasionally something may go wrong during shipping.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, leaking, or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible, preferably within 7 days of delivery, with your order number and photographs of the issue.

We will work with you to arrange an appropriate replacement or refund at no additional cost.

If you have concerns about your experience with a Root Renova Botanica product, please reach out within 30 days of delivery. We welcome your feedback and will review your concerns individually to determine whether a courtesy refund, replacement, or store credit may be appropriate.

Refund Processing

Once an eligible return has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the refund decision.

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method, generally within 5–10 business days of approval. Your financial institution may require additional processing time.

Order Cancellations

If you need to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate cancellation requests before an order ships.

Once an order has shipped, our standard return policy applies, subject to applicable consumer rights.

Additional Information

Complimentary samples and promotional gifts are not eligible for returns or exchanges unless defective.
